Economic Development Administration (EDA)

The Economic Development Administration (EDA) is an agency of the United States Department of Commerce. The primary mission of the Economic Development Administration is to promote economic development and growth in economically distressed areas of the United States. The agency provides funding, technical assistance, and resources to support a variety of initiatives aimed at fostering job creation, attracting private investment, and enhancing regional competitiveness.
