The Farm Credit Administration (FCA) is an independent federal agency in the United States responsible for regulating and supervising the Farm Credit System (FCS). The FCS is a nationwide network of cooperative financial institutions that provide credit and financial services to farmers, ranchers, agricultural cooperatives, and other entities involved in agriculture and rural communities.
