National Electronic Injury Surveillance System (NEISS)

The National Electronic Injury Surveillance System (NEISS) is a program operated by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). It is a national injury surveillance system that collects and analyzes data on injuries and product-related incidents in the United States.
