The 21st Century Integrated Digital Experience Act

The 21st Century Integrated Digital Experience Act, otherwise known as 21st Century IDEA, aims to improve the digital experience for government customers and reinforces existing requirements for federal public websites. The Act provides an opportunity for all GSA organizations to work together toward a common goal: making our digital services better and more accessible to all users. The Act requires us to assess all our digital services and prioritize those with the highest impact for usability improvements.
