The U.S. Access Board, officially known as the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board, is an independent federal agency in the United States. It was established under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Rehabilitation Act. The Access Board is responsible for promoting accessibility and full participation by people with disabilities in various aspects of society, including facilities, transportation, and information and communication technology.
